Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a description of the goods ordered, the amount paid and an estimated date of dispatch.
PaymentWe would like to make payment as easy and secure as possible.
We are in the process of setting up an electronic payment system.
In the meantime, we are happy to accept UK bank cheques (Payable to Japan Ltd). We request that the cheque guarantee number is written on the reverse of the cheque and advise that goods will be released once the cheque payment has cleared.
Please be advised that all prices quoted are subject to an additional delivery charge of £2.95 per dispatch.
Delivery We would like you to take receipt of our goods in tip-top condition.
For this reason, we request a standard delivery charge of £2.95 per order to cover postage and packing. Please note we can only accept orders from within the UK and only deliver to UK addresses.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee dispatch times or take responsibility for delays in the postal service.
ReturnsWe believe in the quality of the products we promote.
To this end, we request that you open and check all parcels as soon as they arrive to check for any shortages, damaged or incorrect items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, we request that you notify us within 7 days to let us know why and to arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original undamaged packaging. We are afraid we are unable to accept returns once you have opened product containers or used the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Right to CancelWe would like you to be happy with your order.
However, should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time between the day the order is placed and the end of the 7th working day following the day on which your goods are received. When returning cancelled goods, they must be unopened unused and in their original undamaged packaging. We request that you inform us by email or in writing of your wish to cancel. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
